Just like new I keep my 2018 Altima in good shape--thanks to Lael's. My last visit was for a routine oil change and transmission flush. My mileage is ~81K, and was feeling kinda 'old'. I asked about suspension, check it and make recommendation. Brandon called me and recommended front struts, etc. and suggested doing the rear too and assured me it would feel like new; exactly what I needed to hear! My car feels JUST LIKE NEW!! All Lael's mechanics are kind. They are polite, professional knowledgeable and honest. If you're reading this and need work done, don't hesitate. Take your car to Lael's!

I had a fantastic experience with Lael's auto service company! They serviced my Mercedes quickly and on time, and the entire staff was polite, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain all the repairs thoroughly, so I felt confident about the work being done. Best of all, the pricing was very fair and affordable compared to other places. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service and honest customer care!

Went there for a smog check as recommended by AAA. The staff was very courteous. As a walk-in appointment, I was given a 30 minute wait time. I did an errand, got back in that time, and, they began work right away. I was out in a jiffy. The waiting room was very clean with water and snacks to enjoy. As I was leaving, I had a question about a part I needed for my car. He said he'd check around and give me a call. 10 minutes later, he called with the info I needed! This is a place that cares for it's customers and is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them!

The Customer Service Reps are awesome! Always explain everything in a parallel to understand the problem & resolution. I appreciate their patience in sharing their expertise. The technicians are equally superior in photographing b4 & after photos of their workmanship. Highly recommend Lael’s Int’l Automotive.

We were visiting the area when rodents got to our engine. We took a chance on Lael's and it could not have worked out better. Lael was able to quickly determine what needed to be done and promptly completed the repairs. The price was very reasonable and the customer service top notch! Lael explained everything along the way and was extremely knowledgeable. We plan to schedule maintenance on our car when we pass through this area next year. It's hard to find a GOOD mechanic that hits all the buttons, but this shop did. Full service, excellent communication, knowledgeable and reasonable. It sucks when your car breaks down, but if it does, this is the place.
